Take a seat. This is a real warm system — dedicated client-shaped droplet, real MariaDB books, real Bash menus — not a mock UI and not multi-tenant SaaS. Watch operator Darnell work a fictional quarter of rent and maintenance, then open the owner package built on that host — descriptions on the work orders are the story, not a separate handout.

When you press Take a seat, the shingle SSHs to a standing-by warm stage (fleet status test, always on). That box runs the same pilot_darnell_preflight path a client office uses: wipe → structure → rent → work orders → ledger → statements. We only speed the quarter up for the show.
